Where did you grow up?

I have lived in 3 different continents: born in Nigeria and finished schooling there till 1996, moved to India and completed my Bachelors in Dental Surgery in 2006 and then moved to the United States in 2008 to pursue a Masters in Clinical Research from NYU ( 2008-2010) and then DMD from Boston University in 2013-2015.

Where did you go to school?

Bachelors of Dental Surgery from Z. A Dental College , A.M.U , Aligarh , India (2000-2006)

DMD from Boston University (completed a 2 yr Advanced training program for foreign trained dentists between 2013-2015)

How long have you been practicing?

Worked in India for 2 yrs at a Private office (2006-2008) and 3 yrs in the United States (from 2015). Worked as a research scientist at a Head & Neck Cancer Center in NYC ( 2010-2013).

Any Dental Awards?

Published 10 articles related to Head, neck and thyroid cancer studies in leading publications.

Howell, NJ

Are you married/kids?

Married with 3 kids (boy, girl, and baby girl)

What are your hobbies?

Spending time with my family, reading books, current events and video games.

What do you enjoy most about your job and/or dental care?

I derive immense satisfaction in ridding my patients of dental pain, and I particularly enjoy doing root canals and extractions. Dental care gives me an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by improving their smiles and/or restoring lost dentition.
